Clock

The clock was designed by Leonardo Da Vinci, he was the person who designed clocks more accurate. He designed the clock in his book called Codex Atlanticus in the 15th century.

Leonardo Da Vinci worked on the more accurate clock but no one tested his design. So it could have been more accurate in today days. There was no impact of it because no one actually built it. It could have had a big impact on the world, the impact would have been that the clocks now in the world would have been more accurate. So we would have seen clocks if someone in the 15th century tested and built Leonardo’s design.

Leonardo’s clock had two separate mechanisms, one for minutes and one for hours. Each was made up of connected weights, gears and harnesses. The clock also has a dial for keeping track of moon phase. Instead of putting weights in his design, Leonardo Da Vinci replace it with springs. He also included some more materials such as diamonds and rocks.
