Armoured Car
In the year 1487, Leonardo Da Vinci designed an armoured car. Leonardo Da Vinci’s armoured car invention was capable of moving in any direction and was equipped with a large number of weapons. The armoured car was designed to scatter and intimidate enemies an opposing army. The armoured car has a number of light cannons arranged on a circular platform with wheels that allow for 360 degree range. It was protected with large covers that are made with metal plates and are slanted to deflect enemy fire. There is a turret on top to coordinate the vehicle and the firing of rapid cannons. Leonardo Da Vinci tried to invent a device or a weapon for harming or injuring animals in any way, it may be one of the reasons for his invented his armoured car. Several years ago a team of engineers recreated Leonardo’s armoured car by working exactly from the original design in his book Codex. The men could move the vehicle and fire its cannons – another da Vinci design that was centuries ahead of everyone else. After Leonardo’s design in 1487 nothing similar to a tank would be seen for another 400 years on the battlefields in World War one.
